  • Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of a defective product or a shipping error on our part.

3. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the transaction to be processed and reflected in your account.
